Today Warner Brothers has unveiled the first Green Lantern trailer in all of it's glory. All the fan favorites are present, Abin Sur, Sinestro, Kilowog, Tomar Re, Tom Kalmaku, Carol Ferris and of course, the man himself, Hal Jordan.

Warner Brothers has released digital versions of the Green Lantern teaser posters that they handed out like hotcakes at Comic Con this past weekend. The teaser posters feature the four main characters of Green Lantern, Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern, Blake Lively as Carol Ferris, Mark Strong as Thaal Sinestro and Peter Sarsgaard as Dr. Hector Hammond.

Behold! The Green Lantern! Tomorrow's Issue of Entertainment Weekly will debut Green Lantern's movie costume to the world. Images have, of course, been leaked online. This image has met with both praise and disdain from hardcore and casual fans alike. One thing's certain, this cover is making a impact.

There's been a lot of GL movie news and I haven't posted any of it... Time for a round-up!

ComicBookMovie.com has posted some new set photos from Green Lantern, These ninja photos mostly show Ryan as Hal in some on-screen moments and some behind-the-scenes. There was also one image posted of Ryan and Director Martin Campbell.

The first set pictures have been captured for day 1 of Green Lantern filming, and they do not disappoint. While not showing off the costume or anything fantastic, we do catch a slight glimpse of Hal wearing the ring, and supposedly a from-the-back shot of Blake Lively (Carol Ferris) with dark hair.

Carol's hair color had been a concern among some comic fans. For 50 years Carol Ferris had been depicted with brunette (bordering on black) hair, Blake Lively, the actress cast as Carol is a blond, as well as the actress cast to play a young Carol. So the release of these images has satisfied quite a few comic fans who were concerned about this minor cosmetic question.

After a pretty lengthy search (not as lengthy as Hal, but almost as nerve-wracking) Hal Jordan has found his Carol Ferris. Blake Lively, currently starring in the CW show "Gossip Girl" has landed the part of Carol Ferris in the Green Lantern film.

Rumored to be up for the part were Eva Green, Keri Russell, Jennifer Garner, Diane Kruger and Blake Lively. Apparently the studio and director Martin Campbell were incredibly impressed with her auditions. Lively will play the on-again-off-again love interest of Hal Jordan.
